Jazz saxophonist, composer, bandleader, and recording artist Steve Heckman is
featured on 16 albums, including his own "With John in Mind" - dedicated to John Coltrane - and "Live at Yoshi’s" - chosen by the San Francisco Chronicle as one of the 10 best jazz CD’s by a Bay Area jazz artist for 2005 - placing Steve in the category of "Bay Area Jazz Great."
Steve is joined by acclaimed jazz guitarist Calvin Keys (for whom Pat Metheny dedicated the tune "Calvin’s Keys" on his CD "Day Trip"), bassist Noah Schenker, and drummer Ron Marabuto.
